01Who is responsible
The site is run by the COLOSSUS venue: 17 Kaldayakov Street, Almaty. Questions about data go to info@colossus.kz.
02What we collect
The site asks for no registration and has no forms. We only get your name, phone or email if you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or call us. We use them to reply and prepare an offer, and do not pass them to third parties.
03Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. For the length of a visit the browser keeps two service flags: the intro has been shown and the «Next night» bar is hidden. They are cleared when the tab closes.
04Third-party services
YouTube videos and SoundCloud recordings load only after you press them, and from then on those services' terms apply. Tickets are sold by outside operators under their own terms. The site's hosting keeps technical request logs, including IP addresses.
05Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection» you can ask what data of yours we hold, correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to info@colossus.kz.
